With over 30 years of experience in real estate and investment organizations, Kirk held “C-Level” positions for companies holding multi-million-square-foot property portfolios. His career began with a major banking institution, devising novel strategies for asset-based financings. Transitioning to the “buy-side,” he joined with entrepreneurial private equity groups to finance, develop, buy, sell, lease, and manage multiple commercial property classes (office, retail, industrial, hospitality, residential, and land) throughout the United States, including several million square feet in the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas markets. He has considerable experience repositioning properties in the office and retail sectors; The Wall Street Journal recognized his re-tenanting and sale of the 680k sf Pan American Life Center in the New Orleans CBD as a “Deal of the Week.” Kirk is a member of California, Colorado, and Florida bar associations.
