Flint graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 1985. He worked at 2 major San Antonio law firms and in the General Counsel’s office at La Quinta Motor Inns before joining Commercial Builders Group in 1999. While at CBG, Flint has been involved in leasing, development, acquisitions and sales for the Company and has assisted the ownership in acquiring and managing a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of commercial retail space. Flint has primary responsibility for more than 350 leases and has played a significant role growing the CBG portfolio of properties.
