Ken began his career with Metropolitan Life in New York and eventually managed the Houston region covering 5 states and the production of $1.5+ billion in mortgage and equity investments, JV’ s, sales and acquisitions across all product types. Ken relocated to San Antonio to serve as President of the Zachry Group’s real estate subsidiaries where he directed all development, finance, joint ventures and strategic planning for the construction conglomerate’s real estate portfolio which grew from $50 million to more than $400 million during his tenure including the ownership and development of six hotel, extended stay and residential properties. He joined REOC Partners as Executive Vice President and CFO where he was responsible for organizing and managing their real estate portfolio and financial program including all investment partnerships, growing the portfolio from 3 to more than 20 limited partnerships owning office, retail, medical and residential properties. Ken joined CBG in 2016 as CFO, where he manages the real estate portfolio and financial programs and all investment partnerships for the firm. Ken obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Houston.
